What are your payment terms?
 Normally, 50% of the total amount by T/T is a deposit and balance before delivery. 

How long does the entire production cycle take?
 For standard configuration, starting from the drawing approval stage, our usual delivery time is 3-4 weeks, for non-standard colors, colored glass, and other special upgrades, our delivery time is 5-7 weeks.

Do you have installers or can you send an installation team to the project site?
Normally, we provide you with an installation manual or instructions. And we can send our installation team to the job site if necessary.
